Pricing questions
What can I do for free?
The announced phone-app Free plan streams at 720p/30 for five active minutes per session. It will become available when the companion phone apps launch.
Do all paid choices unlock the same features?
That is the plan. The announced choices share the same Pro feature set, with availability differing by phone platform. Final store listings will control the plans offered at launch.
Is there a subscription trial?
No trial or purchase is available yet. When phone-app purchasing opens, any eligible offer will appear on the App Store or Google Play confirmation sheet.
Can I switch or cancel?
Once subscriptions launch, they will be managed through the store that processed the purchase. There is nothing to cancel today because Vendivo phone plans are not yet on sale.
How are payments and refunds handled?
Purchases are not open yet. When they launch, Apple or Google will process purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests; Vendivo will not receive your payment-card information.
Does a purchase transfer between iPhone and Android?
Cross-platform purchases are not announced. Final App Store and Google Play terms will be published before purchasing opens.
Will the planned Pro features work on Intel Macs?
That is the announced plan. The released Mac components are built for both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. Final phone-app entitlements will be confirmed when purchasing opens.
